6. Competitions/Prize Draws/Promotions

Ford-rs.org reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion, competition or prize draw at any time. If an item is unavailable for any reason, a good/service of an equal or lesser will be substituted. We reserve the right to disqualify any member on the grounds of suspected foul-play. Winners will be notified in writing within 30 days of the close date. No cash alternative is available. Goods/services will not be awarded to any club staff or any members of their families. If foul-play is suspected, electronic logs will be made publically available in order to certify the winner has been selected fairly.

All entries or acceptance of prizes constitute the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

7. Tutorials & FAQs

Any advice, in Tutorials or part of the website, is given without any guarantee. Ford-rs.orgwill not accept responsibility for any damages that result, either physically or mentally, from the information presented. Many tutorials are designed for use with 'show cars' and may not be road-legal within the UK. As such, Ford-rs.org does not accept any responsibility for the consequences of performing such modifications.

Any concerns regarding the safety or accuracy of the Tutorials or FAQs should be reported directly to the site administrators.
